Mica is the mica fragments and mica fragments produced in the process of collecting, selecting and processing mica. It can also be used as oil well mud additive and special paint dressings. It is the raw material for making powder mica paper and grinding mica powder. Mica crumb and mica powder can be processed into mica paper, and can also be used instead of mica sheet to make various low cost and even thickness insulating materials. In addition, mica crushing is also widely used as filler and building material in paints, rubber, plastics and other industries.
Sericite is used to make drilling mud, blocking pores and fissures to prevent mud leakage. It is lubricated, wear-resistant, can save energy consumption and prolong the life of drilling tools; mica is often used in oil drilling mud to overcome the irregular circulation of drilling fluid; using 5~12 m to 10~15 mica as a drilling water base mud additive to increase the adhesion of mud in the hole wall and to block the soft and weak permeable strata. Judging from the type of products, the market is relatively special, the lowest requirement for mica quality, so the materials used are cheap.
The specifications of mica crushing are classified into categories I, II and III according to user requirements. Type I is used for the preparation of non calcined mica paper; type II is used for the preparation of calcined mica paper; type III is used for grinding mica powder.
